Fake experience certificate

I am aware if a person who has got a job in a reputed mnc using fake experience certificate . His background verification is completed and the employee is trying all means to build wrappo with his seniors and managers . This is discouraging for the people who has worked really hard to come to a senior level whereas such fake people try to reach top with no much efforts. Can any action be taken against such employees other than filing a case. Is there any genuine council or organization that does background check of the employee thouroughly and reports about him to the mnc where he works
