False case

If some one is conspiring for putting a false against me, what should I do? Should I go to court/police and tell them that few people are planning to put a false case against me? What are the various options available.

Yes - if somebody is threatening to implicate you in a false case thereby forcing you to do or not to do a thing. It is criminal intimidation within the meaning of S.506 as well as inchoate extortion u/s 385 of the Indian Penal Code, latter is attracted you are being induced to part with your property valuable security on account of threat.

Where should I go in this case - police or the court?

Shall I approach the court first? or the police first?
