if a women put false allegations saying dowry case and harrassment case on husband .if a husband is working in a pvt organization. will he face court cases followed by FIR? Will he loose job and how to overcome?

Facing court cases filed by wife of employee will not result in loosing job. As per me if employee is convicted in that case employee may loose his job as per policy of company and terms of employment.
