False dowry, robbery, and attempt to murder case

Dear Sir,

My father in law had lodged an FIR against all members of my family on 7th Feb 2013.

He framed a story of robbery, Dowry demand, and attempt to murder.

My wife is living with her father since 26 Oct, 2012, on 18.12.2012 i called her to come to delhi to live with me but she refused and abused about my father and mother. After that i stopped calling her but on 7th Feb, 2013 her father lodged an FIR under 498a and other section.

After that we got Anticipatory Bail by lower court. and on 08.01.2014 i filled a petition in High Court Patna to quash the FIR.

Pls suggest me in this case.

If FIR is quashed, that may be the end of the matter. If not, and if charge sheet is filed by police, you may apply for discharge (if it is found that the charge sheet does not disclose sufficient prima facie evidence). Otherwise, you’ll have to face the trial, put your proper defence in order to get acquitted.
