d. Educational qualification
e. Technical qualification,if any
f. Promotion from …to,if any,of the employee (as per the record available).
g. Information of pending/completed litigation,that is,case number,name of court,last known status of case.
h. Period from which and upto which the employee concerned was under arrest.
2. Duly certified copy of the Hindi /administrative officer promotion exercise as per the record of regional office jaipur of public authority for the year 2014
(a). Copy of relevant circular,with all annexure(s) (b). Eligibility conditions (c).Format of application.
3. Designation of competent authority to sanction:-
(a) The travelling expenses bill of an employee
(b) The promotion of a class III employee as senior assistant
(c ) Office where the record of (a) & (b) is kept.
