Family case

I have put divorce case under adultery and cruelty on wife on 2012 which is pending and she puts maintenance case on me on 2013 which is pending. Now after negotiation she come for mcd for permanent alimony of 3L. One male child have an age of 5 yrs is there which is with wife. I want to know the terms to mention in mcd petition as permanent alimony is only to wife or both child and wife and when to pay. that is during first motion petition or later. She demands me to pay full at during first motion petition itself. Please suggest.

First motion 10000. Rest via crossed cheque on second motion with instruction to bank for stop payment if doesn't appear.

Pay money only on second motion of divorce in court either by draft or cash,

Dnt pay whole amount in first motion. She can back out in second motion if you pay whole amount in first motion. Better pay money in second motion via cheque or cash
