I am married and living with my parents and wife. The property is in the name of my mother. Apart from this, I have purchased another flat which is a joint property with my father and me as the joint owners. I have an elder married sister.
My question is that in the event of any mishappening to my parents, i.e. my father or my mother, would my sister be entitled to either of the flats?
1st flat mother's name
2nd flat me and my father.
