Family name removal from 498a

Dear Sir I need assistance in removal procedure from 498a parents name. I was living jointly with parents at time when my wife had filed complaint to CAW cell. After that i had reconciled and start living on rent. One day she left rented accommodation when I was in office, and said we will back after sometime. My FIL is ex Delhi police service man. They filed DV after two months. And that CAW cell complaint also got registered after two years. I got bail from Delhi high Court by paying 2 lacs. While They were claiming 400 grams gold. While all her belongings with her only.But now she is refusing for having that gold. DV is going on, family court 125 is also going on, 498a,406 challan is pending in which my parents name and brother name is also there, while my brother was living separately on some distance. There was no involvement of them. Some of the dowry articles have been returned and on behalf of others 1 lacs depostied in Mahila court. Please advise how can I be able to remove the names of other family members. While there is noones name in DV and 125. Delhi police favouring them as my FIW is ex. Delhi police sub inspector. While I have everything on documents for care and attention given to my wife for medical terms during pregnancy. Please assist how can I save my family members. Please assist where I can complaint of Delhi police for ignoring the real facts. Complaint against my wife and father in law. Regards
