My father and grand father are farmers in UPand I am merried to non farming family. I am a house wife and now I intend to buy agriculture land in Maharashtra. As per the rules in Maharashtra, the title of land can only be transferred in my if I am a farmer. My quiries are as below:
a) Being a daughter of farmer, can I get status of farmer.
b) What is the procedure to get the certificate.
