AGRICULTURAL LAND ON HIS NAME. AFTER HIS DEMISE HOW the property is divided . please
answer .. we are 4 SISTER'S + 2 BROTHERS + MOTHER . BELONG TO SIKH RELIGION.
PLEASE TELL DETAILED PROCEDURE ..

OUT OF 7 HIERS , 4 SIS + 2BRO+ MOTHER , one sister is asking for her share.
my question is how can rest of the property( 6/7) be named to only one brother..
what is the detailed procedure,, like documents etc needed please tell.

You may reconfirm if the property is ancestral, or self acquired, or agricultural and is in which state and what is date/month/year of death of father.
