Respected sir/Madam,
my husband has one elder brother & a younger sister. my father in Law had a property in bangalore.15 years back my mother in law got Kidney's failuire . Fo the treatment my husband spent money and utilies the ESI card . That time his brother went out got married without information . In 2005 my mother in law got series condition and died . After that his brother came back to home and live together . that time my husband went mumbai for his work. the same time my father in law got retirement from his work & got settlement amount. He and his elder son started a business by spent that amount, that time he told my husband that he will gift the land property to him and company to his elder son. But his elder son stolen the money in business after 1 1/2 years so they got mis-understanding so he went out again. then my husband came back to bangalore for his work. That time my father in law sale the land to my husband, and my husband gave some money for his sister's marriage, and he made all arrangements for that. after that without my husband knowledge my father in Law kept relationship with his elder son & family. Last week his elder son took my father in law to some unknown place and theft all his things like ATM card, purse & mobile,etc.. and he thrown him to some strange place. after a day my father in law got consious and came back home. after that we went to police station to book a compalint , but they did't book it as a complaint. they searched for him in his house, but he went somewhere . Now my father in law is not co operate with us. he assembled his relations and they are threatening us to give back the property, and his elder brother made a call to my home and he threatening like he will kill my husband , myself and my dad.
Now my father in law is not coperate with us in any manner. he and his relations are giving mentel torture daily , so now me and my husband really got disturbed a lot. So Pls suggest me the legal advice to solve this? Pls help us
