Father rights on the property of the grand father as guardia

Sir

I bought a agri land registered in the name of my minor son (13) with my father as guardian. due to my employment i am unable to go to the registrar office, so i asked my father to register as guardian of my son.

now , my young brother is cultivation the land unlawfully(without our concern) and giving anythink from it, my father also allowed my younger brother to cultivate it. i am not getting any return/revenue from them(father/brother)

I want take possion of the land. as a natural guardian can i file suit against my brother or father.

As i am in the govt job, my father has given his entire properties to my younger brothers without any pice of land/ property.

         please advice

You have the constructive possession. Did anyone stop you from repossessing? You can sue them only after such incidents. The land is in your son's name and he is the owner and you are the natural guardian. You have all rights.
