Dear sir
Hiding the details , Not seeking NOC from previous government employer, Not mentioning any details in application and attestation form to new Central government autonomous institute even though new employer asked to fill .I am joining from one lower grade pay government job to another high grade job .my queries is as follows.
1.Whether this is called as suppression of metrail fact?
2.Legally if i found guilty they can terminate or suspend or dismissed ? Which one is will apply to my case
3.Even I don't seek any previous employer benefits then also I may face legal consequences.
