Sir, I as a husband filed adultery case in the court with the jurisdiction where I reside but the magistrate is saying you need to file the complaint where the offense has been made out, I actually don't know where this has been done. I have clear photographs and videos showing illicit relationship of my wife with another paramour. Magistrate was saying that the offense of adultery is clearly made out but the complaint can only be filed where the offense is made out. He is saying if you have any citation which saying husband can file the complaint at his address jurisdiction then file it. But I an not able to find it.
Please help me in this.
