I had applied for divorce 1 yr ago and proceeding has not started so far . In the mean time wife has applied for maintenance in crpc 125 and has been allowed the same by family court .
Wife doesnt want to stay with me without any reason and has been allowed maintenance by family court . ( she ahs asked for maintence showing that i torture her for dowry )
Now is it possible to in my part to file RCR after withdrawing the divorce petiotion ?
