My brother committed suicide on 15 Dec 2015 and accused her wife as a reason.
Police did not file FIR.
We went to the court in Jan 2016 and filed the application under 156(3).
Judge has heard argument multiple times but is not giving decision.
Now he has reserved his judgment and has not given any new date for Order.
It has been more than 1 year but still no judgement for FIR has come.
What can be done to get the Order/Decision from Judge soon in the magesterial court?
Can we apply in High court for faster judgement on FIR? What is the process?
