Flat purchase

Purchased a flat Builder registered the flat as a GPA by mentioning land owners addresses and their aadhaar nos but in one of the owners aadhar no in 12 digits one starting digit is wrongly typed is it require to go for correction deed or is it okay in link document it is written correct

You should be intimated the same to the builder regarding wrong mentioned Aadhar Card by way of mutual or in written. After that take a copy of the correct copy of the same.

Is it a Sale deed?  It is better to get a rectified document by the builder.

Mere incorrect mention of the AADHAR CARD number may be a mistake, and in no way materially affects the validity of a registered legally valid document with other contents, as there is no mention of this AADHAR mandate in the TOP ACT.

Property stated to have been purchased through GPA do not transfer title (ownership).

Approach the seller to execute proper Sale Deed.
