Flat Registration Navi Mumbai

Hi Experts,

I am going to buy a flat at kharghar(Navi Mumbai).

I got a section letter from one of bank for home loan. Now i need to go for stamp duty and registration process.

Now i need to know,

1. Are there some documents (Property document/ loan section latter) required for franking?

2. What is the process for registration of flat?

3. Who can help me for this?

following documents required for registration of agreement

A) NOC from Society (if formed) or NOC from the builder.

b) Copy of Occupation Certificate (OC) or Commencement Certificate (CC)

c) Draft Agreement
