Flat Sale

Dear Seniors,

 

One of my friend wanted to sale his flat ( He has already did agreement with the buyer, MoU Signed, NoC with Bank ) has been handed over to new buyer.

But the buyer want his original agreement, So should he give that one??

Sir, usually seller will not give original copy of the agreement to the buyer till registration of the flat. Xerox copy can be given at the most.

The seller give a certified true copy (Notrized) of this agreement.

Best endeavour would be to accompany the buyer to the bank for production of original to, assist the process.
