No facts posted.

What is the opinion and advise of the lawyer engaged / paid by you, why do you suspect him/her who is well aware about facts of the case and an able, competent and intelligent enough to satisfy your question ? If you have lost faith in your lawyer it is better to change him/her immediatlely.

Trial in a criminal case seldom takes place in the High Court. So, how High Court came to issue direction to the accused?

TGK REDDI   11 January 2020

It must be an Appeal or a Revision.

Beg the pardon of the High Court.

sir court doesn't send summon to the accused and lawyer gave advice to extend the date that's why he is absent
