Forced to resign

Respected lawyer/s. I have been working from 5month in a well known brand but i am not paid on time they gives salary of a month after two months and i am into marketing they insured for all travelling allowonce ,daily allowance but i am not getting any single month expenses most of the employees not getting it ? If we talked to seniors reporting managers they said that company in a loss and also u r not acheiving 100% your targets also they treat us for a job loss n suggest us not to waste time on legel prosidings because we have most of the cases like this but still employees not getting there final settlement after 2years and i also know one people who is suffering from this policy and they also said that we not give positive feedback if u change to other company .so pls suggest me what to do because i am mentally frustrated and running my family reposibilities is like a burden now after a week they call a meeting and ask me to put down my paper beyound given me reasonable answer for my resignation and giving me 15days tym for notice period ?what to do in this kind for working enviornment still i dont have second job? Kindly suggest

Respected Sir,

Myself LOKNATH TIWARI village BARENIYA, an employee in MAHAN ALUMINIUM PROJECT. I am a project affected person of this company and my agricultural land property is also take over in this project.
I had only agricultural income source in my family therefore company provide me a job as a permanent employee in store department from date of 3rd May 2012.
In Nov 2013 company`s Officer Mr. RAKESH SINGH mentally pressurized and use abuse language with me.
As on 31st March 2014 Mr. RAKESH forced me to give my resignation from my E-mail ID which was provided by company to me.
I complaint in Human Resources Department of Mahan Aluminium  many time by mail and written application but they give me only assurance to take such action & rejoin to my post.
So far my status in company is currently active but management astray me. I want to rejoin the company, so please sugest me legal ways.
