Forcefully compromise by police officer

A police officer made a forceful compromise against a girl and her manager gave  the complainant to she team and forced me and her manager threatened me or else FIR will be booked and the case will be closed in the court .even though I said to police officer that the case should be solved in the court but he denied and her manager threatened me that he has  IAS and IPS officers of his network and will the compromise is valid by ASI and I have call recordings of that officer threatening.and what is the procedure to involve the girl for smooth and fair case to be held at court .

If the police is forcing you for compromise, you may refuse and make a complaint against the police with his higher police officer, if the threat persists then you can approach judicial magistrate court with a ptition under section 156(3) cr.p.c. seeking direction to the concerned police to initiate appropriate legal action on your complaint.
