Forged and litigated our properties in court

Lady forged GPA's and litigated in High Court. She was denied Anticipatory bail from the lower and now recently the high court. High Court has suggested to appear before the trial court to seek regular bail. If she does, she will go to jail for sometime.  If she manages the police, will she roam free? What can I do to prevent this? Is there any time limit she has in which the case will be dismissed if she is not brought to the court by the police? Should i speak to higher level police officials to use some influence, before speaking to the investigating police myself?

I have filed a second case in which she also forged another GPA and an FIR should be registered soon, through the direction of the magistrate.

Third she has sold away one property through notorized GPA's , i have yet to take action on this. I plan on giving notice to the individuals whom bought our property from her, and involving them in the case against her so she is forced to compensate us.

What is the best action I can take to cause her the most trouble. File the second and third cases now, or should I wait till she is arrested and sent to jail. Once she is granted bail, I should put pressure on her through the other cases?
