forged document as true copy in CWP

In Delhi High Court, I am a respondent in a civil writ petition and in that writ petition, the petitioner has filed a true copy (without the concerned annexure) of a certain document that is forged, and I do not have any evidence, but the document can be created in a fraudulent manner which I can demonstrate in the high court.

Kindly guide me on how to challenge that document in the High Court and also kindly guide whether I can file application under 340 crpc or not

Which writ has been filed and what is the document ?

However, if the document is not annexed it cannot be considered, besides this, no document is to be proved in a writ petition.

Facts posted are insufficient to oblige, seek guidance of your lawyer who is well aware of facts/ documents and an able and competent person to form proper opinion and advise.

If you feel so, may contact me (on appointiment) with relevant case file.

If there is any annexure that you suspect of being forged then you can raise the point while arguments.
