Hi Singh,

I understand your concern, and you can seek legal protection against any future false complaints by filing a civil suit for declaration in the family court, stating that you were in a relationship with her but no valid marriage took place. This will create a legal safeguard in case she later falsely claims marriage or files criminal charges against you.

You can also file a criminal complaint under Section 420 IPC (cheating) and Section 406 IPC (criminal breach of trust) if you believe she misled you into a false marriage for personal gain. If you have proof of her contradictory claims—where she acknowledges marriage in chats but denies it now—you can use these to challenge her credibility in court.

For blocking her upcoming marriage, you can seek an injunction order, but only if you can prove a valid marriage existed through strong legal evidence like marriage registration, religious rituals, or social recognition. If that’s not possible, your best option is to focus on protecting yourself legally by filing a preemptive police complaint or applying for anticipatory bail under Section 438 CrPC in case she falsely accuses you.

If needed further help, get in touch with me at 888-215-3399 on WhatsApp.
