fraud, mental harrasment, embarrasment,

i want sue oyo as i had booked a hotel from oyo after a long conversion with oyo. they had cancelled the booking when my guest has arrived for checkin. and they have to face inconvience and oyo initiated a refund with no other solution.

First issue a legal notice to OYE after making a complaint with their customer care.  Depending on the response, file a consumer case before District Consumer forum for deficiency of service and the costs may not exceed Rs.500/- if you appear as a party in person.
