I Rocky Dsouza have given a friendly loan of Rs 1200000/ dated 13-12-2016 to my cousin brother

I made a agreement on 100 rupees
stamp paper a leave and license agreement.
with conditions that he will give his 2 shops for me to use on heavy security basis
the period was for 11 months
he will return all my Rs1200000/
and I will return his shops
but he failed to return my money
so made a new agreement
agreement for interest free freindly loan dated 16.11.2017
end of agreement 31.10.2017.
took 3 post dated cheques
28.02.2018 Rs 300000 did not deposit
25.06.2018 Rs 300000 deposited and rejected
31.10.2018 Rs 600000 did not deposit
24.10.2018 Rs 400000 received
balance still not recovered
I am not been able to recover the rest of the amount
please help me to take legal actions
and what will be the fees please guide
