Dear Folks,
I have a query regarding registration of Gaothan Property section 122 of MLR Code. A sale of such property was done between the land owner to the buyer and a sale deed alongwith No Objection Certificate (NOC), Affadavit & Power of Attorney (POA) was prepared and notarised. The registration was not done as such property cannot be registered. The buyer has lost the original papers of this sale. Pl advise on the procedure of getting the original/ duplicate papers.
