I am in Canada & my wife is in India.
She never been to Canada. We got separated since Jan-2013.
There is no any litigation or charges or case against me from her side.
We both want to get official divorce in smooth way. I know divorce by Mutual consent is way to do it.
Other than that what are the other ways to get divorce in smooth way.
I came to know they soon want to apply for divorce (in peace way). I may get notice or papers to sign to start process from her side.
Can anyone give me idea of what are clauses or on what ground she apply for it?
We do not have any kid & she does not want any alimony.
Give me idea.
