My father in law has an apartment in one of the co-op hsg society in Hyderabad.
He is wanting to transfer/gift it to his daughter.
My question is
What is the applicable percentage rate of stamp duty and registration in hyderabad for Gift Deed?
Since the receipeint is a Female gender is there any exemption regarding stamp duty and registration.?
If Stamp duty and registration is applicable, then from Income Tax point of view what will the percentage of tax.?
