Yes, your wife can gift a part or whole of the plot to you by way of executing a gift deed in your favour.

If my wife gives half of the land thru gift deed ( no boundarys mentioned ) . in that cause we both will become co - owners of that plot. then we jointly built the house in that plot. thru a joint home loan. plz confirm.
