Gift deed, donor dies, not registered

Hi All,

Father(Donor) gave Gift deed on immovable property to 'Daughter A'(Donee) and Father died over 3 years back. Gift deed is not Registered.

Is the "Daughter A" have legal rights to the property ?

Can "Daughter A" register the property now and what is required for registration ?

What right does "other daughters B, C.." have on the property ?

Can other "other daughters B, C.." object the registration legally and claim equal rights on property?

"Daughter A" has taken loan on property giving gift deed of the property to a bank. How can a bank provide loan on property solely on gift deed when it is not registered?

Thanks

dear querist ,

unregistered gift deed is equally valid as registered gift deed.

but in case there is registered gift deed ,that will suprecede the unregistered gift deed.

daughters b and c can challenge the gift deed as law provides them theright to challenge if she thinks its wrong or made by unfare methoda and influece or any other ground provided by the law.
