I am based out @ Pune & flat resides into Grampanchyat not in pune coropration.Me and my brother are owner of flat (on agreement ) wherein,internally we are in aggrement that my brother we will do the gift deed the flat on my name.Hereby,would like to understand whether, mahrashtra goverment will waive of stamp duty i.e 5% of the ready reckoner rate of the property as stamp duty.I am presuming that I need to pay regirsation charges and LBT if any.Appericate,if someone can guide me on this.
