We are 3 brothers and 1 sister from Andhra Pradesh. We are muslim family. My father wanted to give his bought (complete) property to me. 1 brother is not very happy with this. Mother, another brother, sister are ready to sign any document if required. In this case how to go about it, so that tomorrow 1 brother who is not happy with this should not create any issue.
After reading few articels on the internet, this can be done with Gift or Settlement deed.
What is difference in terms of
a) no issues araise at later stage
b) cost for Gift and cost for Settlement
