Gift didcancellation of unmoveabale properties

my father gifted aflat to an women who is not leggaly his wfe last 15-16 yewrs he and she lived togetherand both have an illegale dougher,my father made gift did1st octomber2015,and she is going with another person,my father have now retired,heis 60 ihave to sister all of us are leggale childrens of my father,when my father found that women who lived with him is froud and she only live with him for property and wealth he want to cancell this gift did,legally my father is not married with this lady can he canceel this gift deed and how tocancelthis,help any one/

Consent of both Donor and Donee is required to cancell.

Show the gift deed to an able counsel.
