I have issue a notarized power of attorney to my brother with the clause to operate my bank account, sale of property etc in the year 2010. Now I want to revoke the same with immediate effect. can I make a revocation deed with duly natarised or simply issue a information letter to the existing attorney that I cancel the GPA. is it necessary to published the public notice in the news paper regarding this matter. please advise me.
