Gpa transaction

Hi,

One of my client proposing to buy a property from "A" who has given GPA and also signed a registered sale agreement with "B", in this situation can the client buy property / get it registered from "B" if yes whether the legal titles obsolute and transaction is valid.........? request the expert opinion.
