Respected Sir, I am in possession and in enjoyment of GRAMAKANTAM LAND for agriculture purpose for the last eleven years.A Few years back a GO had come up stating the GRAMAKANTAM LANDS can be registered and therefore they have been removed from prohibition list. But my doubt is i am in possession and in enjoyment of GRAMAKANTAM LAND for agriculture purpose.When i ask the TAHSILDAR to enter my name in the webland , he said that "One cannot enjoy the GRAMAKANTAM LAND for agriculture purpose and hence it cannot be entered into webland".So , what should i do?Any legal relief on this because i had spent huge amount of money on this land to make it as fertile and agriculture land.Even borewells are there on this land.I am scared because some of my opponents in the village said that govt. will vacate me from the land and handover the land.Now what should i do?Please suggest me a good solution and elaborate me on this subject.
