one of my frnd haveing a problem with his famliy he has done his property as gift deed to her mother 1 year long back he haveing a 2 years son now there is a misunderstanding with his mother now is there is any way to get share for his son from his grandmother property if there a way please tell in which way i he wants to go to get shre from her mother property for his son
