Grandchildren right on grandfathers property

Hi,

I wanted to ask about the rights of grandchildren on the property that was owned by the grandfather or grandmother.

A property was brought by the grandfather and then transferred onto the grandmothers name.
They have 4 children (2 sons and 2 daughters). However when the grandmother was very ill, she then transferred the property onto her sons names in order of age (so the eldest son's name was first and then the youngest son). However after the death of the grandmother, there was a dispute regarding the property and it was transferred onto the youngest sons name around 1998.

Since then the youngest son has transferred the property onto his own name and his wife's name. Therefore currently the property is owned by the youngest son and his wife.

My question is, what right do the eldest son's grandchildren have on this property as it was owned by the grandparents initially?
Can they make a claim to have some right on the property since it was owned by the grandparents?

Your replies will be much appreciated.

Thank You

Kind regards

Zeba
