Respected sir/madam
Sir my grandfather owns a commercial cum residential property.He has three sons and 5 grandchildren.My grandfather's condition is critical these days.And I doubt that my uncle is trying to cheat us and get the property papers signed by my grandfather in their favour. Sir I seek your help. Please let me know what are the legal options available for us.
our property is valued about 15 crores and the other movable roperties cost around 70 -80lakhs.
out of all this we only occupy the second floor of the building.
