1) Can Group A and/or Class 1 Medical Officer be removed or terminated from govt. service, without conducting preliminary inquiry and departmental inquiry with mere executing memo and its reply and recommendations , within the ambit of essential services ( Medical Services) ?
2) Recent HC and SC Judgements favouring the removal or termination from the govt. service without conducting PE and Departmental inquiry ? or within the ambit of essential acts.?
