Please guide on this topic where in Mr x has taken land on lease from govt in 1937 and paid the rent in return after 10 years defence wanted to acquire the land they have just given a notice to mr. X but till date no acquisition has made the person who has taken this land on lease had died but today when their has taken the 7/12 of that lad they found their name in that 7/12 . WHERE IT IS JUST MENTION SADAR TO DEFENCE .mY QUESTION IS WHAT CAN BE DONE IN THIS CONDITION.
