Habeas corpus

Are in Habeas corpus
father and husband have right to be petitioner along with detenue married daughter, who abducted by any other person. Please suggest me how release her

File a complaint with police first and if police fail to register FIR , move the High Court for Writ of Habeas Corpus against police to produce the detainee person.
