1. after forgetting to collect share certificate from the society when dispute later on , can society say that you are not a member
2.can society charge extra maintenance from the doctor running consultation room? If no then already paid extra for years together can be claimed back?

You must be having reciept which society has issued to u. If u have purchased say 10 months back see agm minutes for share transfer. Talk 2 previous owner see that u have paid stamp duty,society donations, etc. Try 2 find secretaries defects like sinking fund, idemnity bond etc. u will get this details in auditors report if yea write to registrar.
when u purchased did u tell society that u r buying it for bussiness purpose. If no then go for compromise by helping others your bussiness will grow after all society is a family
