I am planning to buy a plot in Amravati (M.S.) that is in corporation limit. The seller has purchased this plot in 1984. But the issue is this has only V. F. 6 and 2 but does not having V. F. 7/12. On V. F. 6 it is mention that it is non - agri land and owner name, This plot is from big plotting layout. I also check in nearby vicinity but no one has V.F. 7/12. The other nearby property owner saying V.F. 7/12 does not exist because the property is N.A. and it comes in Corporation residencial zone.
Please suggest can I buy this plot without V. F. 7/12. only V.F. 6 and 2 can be a sufficient valid document to buy it.
