First get a Registered legal notice issued to both HDFC and  Airtel and also make a criminal complaint against both of them with your advocate's advice.

At the same time, file complaint before Banking Ombudsman and District Consumer forum.

(The body of complaint has to be drafted by your Advocate and only the addresses has to be changed modifying to suit to such organisation)

Make haste.

T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Advocate)     07 September 2014

As rightly advised, issue legal notice to both the companies, demand the relief, if not addressed properly then you may approach consumer forum with your grievances for proper redressal of the same.
