help in DV case.

my brother,parents,one sister arrested for police remand. case is filed by my wife we r living sepratly from 7 months. she live in her parntal home and i live in UP doing small job here. she is looking for very big amount that we cannot pay by selling our entire property. plz help me like 1>>>after getting bail of my parents, and all if i do not go back and do not get any bail then what can happen . i will go to new city. 2>>>court can again send to my parents and all to jail/summon/police remand. i am not able to pay her that amount.
