Dear querist,

For sale deed you need to approach Sub registrar office of where property is located.

There is no provision separately for Muslims you will be levied tax as per value of the property.

Sale and purchase of property is governed by the secular provisions of the Transfer of Property Act. Any such conveyance ought to be through a registered deed and the process of registration requires payment of registration fees as well as stamp duty, which varies from State to State.

U see whether the property is charged or not.it goes to Mehr or for any other purpose.if it is free cum encumberances .clear all doubts before purchasing.immovable property is governed by transfer of property law.
