High court case filed without owners knowledge

Recently found that a High court case was filed on my mothers property by a third party who came to know of the property. She forged her signature on a GPA and aquired a certified document to do this. What can be done in the court to remove the case filed under my mothers name. I have a proper GPA on her behalf.

Thank you.

File a Suit of Declaration and Injunction in Civil Court against the third party or original owner can file a suit for Declaration and Injunction in Civil Court.

better apprise the court of the fraud being played upon you as well as upon the court.

if proven wrong, the thrid party will have to face criminal prosecution as intitated by the Hon'ble Court.

Not only suit for declaration but he can also be criminally liable for act of fraud by mislrading the court.

Thank you all. My goal is to get this case squashed in the fastest way. Even if that means that this lady will walk free. So would the fastest way to get this done be to talk to this lady who originally filed the case and ask her to retract the case herself or will notifying the Honorable High Court or civil court and their subsequent action against her be sufficiently fast enough? The Commisioner responsible for making decisions on my behalf concerning the property can not do so unless this case ceases to exist I think.

Thank you.
